400 Series Pushlock Hose

Our 400 series hose is manufactured by Gates and designed specifically for 400 series pushlock style fittings. This hose has an elastomer tube with a smooth outer cover. This is not recommended for use with unleaded fuels or use in high pressure applications or suction systems. This hose suitable for use with synthetic lubricants, oils, air, coolant and methanol.

Temperature Range: -46°C (-50.8°F) to 100°C (212°F).

400 Series Hose Ends

Speedflow makes a complete range of 400 series hose ends to suit our 400, 332 & 598 Series hose. Made in Australia from 6061-T6 grade aluminium and utilising our unique full flow formed bend which is the strongest and most compact hose end bend in the industry! All our hose ends are beautifully finished in a hard coat anodise with a decorative colour, either in standard red and blue or black.

332 & 598 Series AQP® Socketless™ Hose

We have added the popular AQP® Socketless™ hose to our range. This hose has an elastomer tube, textile braid reinforcement with a rough elastomer outer cover. We do not recommended this hose for use with unleaded fuels or use in high pressure applications or suction systems. This hose suitable for use with synthetic lubricants, oils, air, coolant and methanol. 332 has a BLUE outer cover and the 598 is BLACK.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to 100°C (212°F).

444 Series EFI Hose

We carry EFI hose for standard replacement and to suit our 411-413 series hose ends. A hose clip is required to secure this hose for correct use. Meets specification SAE 30R9. Manufactured with a NBR/SBR blended tube and black smooth cover with a polyester yarn reinforcement.

411 Series Push On Hose Ends

411 Series Hose Ends are a push on hose end for use with standard style hose and a hose clamp for securing. As an example, these are great for adapting aftermarket pumps and fuel rails to standard fuel hose.

Selecting the right hose for the application

Due to the introduction of new blends of unleaded fuels (ULP), Ethanol blends and fuel additives from all fuel manufacturers in recent years it has become increasingly difficult to assure the compatibility of these fuels with the current hose constructions.

The best hose option for use with petrol (gasoline) in our range is the 200 series Teflon® hose which can withstand all current additives used in the manufacture of ULP and Ethanol Blended fuels. 200 Series -6, –8 and -10 sizes are also manufactured with a carbon lining to prevent static build up and discharge from fast moving liquids.

The construction of the –6 and –8 100 series hose has been modified to be more compatible with unleaded fuels but due to the unpublished additives used by fuel companies we cannot guarantee the life of this hose with Unleaded and Ethanol Blends.

Below is a guide to uses of our hose series.
